Parade float

The first week in September 2018, I started a new project - the supervision of Bristol Hospital's first-ever parade float at Southington's Apple Harvest Festival, everything from conception to completion and had to have all components finished within 30 days.

I drafted the plan of attack, organized the committee, and led the meetings. I ordered the supplies, designed and distributed flyers to draft volunteers, scheduled and supervised the dress rehearsal, final production, and managed the logistics of all moving pieces.

Approximately 50,000 spectators attended the parade. As a direct result, there was an increase in clientele to the Southington offices.
